TK Prosperity is the principal investment holding company, Administration, and promoter of TK companies. It is an iconic face of the TK Group of Industries. Fifty-Five per cent of the equity share capital of TK Prosperity is held by philanthropic trusts, which support education, health, livelihood generation and art and culture.
In the last 3 years, the revenue of TK companies, taken together, was $7 Million (INR 58 Cr.). These companies collectively employ a large number of people.
Each TK company or enterprise operates independently under the guidance and supervision of its own board of directors and is bound by the supreme governance of TK Prosperity. There are 9 publicly-listed TK enterprises with a combined market capitalization.
